GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ART FORM - WHATEVER HAPPENED TO IT?
I was inspired to write this report based on a series of personal situations I experienced while making business calls, shopping, using chat boxes while engaging with customer service agents or CSAs in many different industries.
The importance of good customer service is vital to any industry when providing a service or product for customers. Effective communication tools are necessary for all work environments, whether employed as a staff member or leader. CSAs can make or break a company because they are the customer’s first connection to the company.
This report includes information on ways in which to achieve good customer service and also provide the personnel with what they need to be good CSAs. It also provides information from the business perspective. I hope you enjoy this report as much as I enjoyed creating it. Happy reading!
