One critical and helpful hint to successfully losing weight is repeating daily inspirational affirmations. They help to give you stay positive throughout your journey. As I mentioned in some of my previous blog posts, positive thinking is very important in helping you accomplish your goals. I have put together 31 affirmations. For each day of the month, you can state these affirmations to help put you in a positive mental space when losing weight, and ultimately, keeping it off.
Day 1 I will remain prayerful Day 2 I love myself Day 3 I have self-control Day 4 I respect my body Day 5 I have high self-esteem Day 6 I am faithful to God and God’s temple Day 7 I am courageous Day 8 I can do this Day 9 I am at peace Day 10 I eat to live not live to eat Day 11 I will persevere Day 12 I have joy in my life Day 13 I am content with myself Day 14 I have faith God can get me through this Day 15 I am keeping hope alive Day 16 I am patient in the process Day 17 God will grant me wisdom Day 18 God will grant me knowledge Day 19 God will grant me understanding Day 20 I am determined to win Day 21 I trust that God will guide me Day 22 I am grateful for my life Day 23 I will stay focused Day 24 I will conquer all Day 25 I have endurance Day 26 I am relentless Day 27 I will remain positive Day 28 I am willing to sacrifice Day 29 I have a strong mind Day 30 I am moving toward the goal Day 31 My mind will remain on God
I encourage you to repeat these affirmations or maybe you have some of your own to put in place of these. It is important to believe these phrases in your heart when repeating them. Stay prayerful and positive. You can make it! God is amazing and will help you through this journey.
