Laughter is Soothing to the Mind, Body and Soul
Updated: Aug 6, 2021
I received this piece about “the things our parents taught us” via an email sent to me, and they are very funny! Laughter soothes and heals the mind, body and soul. We need to laugh more especially because of what we deal with from day to day. I hope you get a good laugh out of these and enjoy them! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Some of the language changed from the original as people put their own spin on them through the years. However, I hope you enjoyed these. Every now and then we need to laugh a little because it truly is soothing to our mind, body and soul. If you’re old school, you’ll understand each and every one of these life lessons. Let me know which ones you enjoyed the most.
Live, laugh, love, and pray.
God Bless You with Good Health and Wellness,
