Do You Have PMA?

You are probably wondering what PMA is? PMA is the ability to overlook the negatives in life. It is the way in which you get through life’s most difficult battles. PMA helped “The Little Engine That Could” rise to the top of the hill. It tells you that you can do anything you set your mind to. PMA also allows you to see the glass as half full instead of half empty. To put it plainly, it’s Positive Mental Attitude.
PMA starts with thinking differently and changing your attitude. Although some of our thinking is subconscious, try to make a conscious effort to start thinking positively. Tell yourself that the thing that seems to be the most impossible CAN be done. That is where you start.
Once you start to increase your PMA, you WILL be able to accomplish the desires of your heart. Start with writing down your goals and go for the one that is easiest to achieve. Once that goal is achieved, move to the next one and keep going. Don’t stop! With each goal that you achieve, your PMA will increase until one day you will automatically have a subconscious PMA.
